HUGE DisappointmentKnown as the 'travel agent' of students with the best deals etc but gives such disappointing services. With the website offering "Get a quote by email", "Send us ur preferred flight and we give u a quote" and even a hotline number that they provided. But wth all these they cannot give me a simple quote from SIN-ADL-SIN.
After waited for 2 week for a response via email, I called them today and was so angry at the service rendered. I waited for quite a while for the phone to pick up and here is the conversation.
Sales: Hello
Me: Hello, may i enquire about the student airfare to Adelaide?
Sales: Ah? [what the hell is 'ah?' from a travel sales agent?]
Me: Eh hello? May i know the air fare from SIN to ADL on SQ
Sales: When departing?
Me: 28 Jun
Sales: Ok wait. [Went on to answer his personal call... i can hear him "hello? Oh hihi xxx haha, ya today working... haha...ok want me to call u back? WTH ask me to wait to let him chat on phone?] Ok, Yes u were saying depart which date?
Me:*Roll eyes* 28 Jun
Sales: Okies its $1000 (mumbles) plus taxes $ (mumbles)..... total $1420
Me: Oh why is it 200 bucks higher then wad my frd booked a few mths back?
Sales: Oh ur frd one cheaper cuz he may have booked a 1 mth flight urs is 1 yr (Oei, I dunno meh 1 mth and 1 yr flight got price diff. precisely my bf booked 1 yr flight tts why i ask why diff)
Me: His is 1 yr I am sure cuz he is there to STUDY!!
Sale: Oh qantas is cheaper mah (When the hell did i say my frd booked Qantas?? Assume Nia)
Me: His is ALSO SQ
Sale: Oh if he booked a few mths back and is on SQ and is 1 yr cannot be so cheap ma.
Wa kaoz!!! U TELL ME HOW COME LA!!! HE BOOK WITH U ONE WAD HOW I KNOW WHY U QUOTE HIM SO CHEAP. Chao Bugger!! TL man. So forget it, I say "nvm thanks" and hang up. LOUSY SERVICE!!!!
I rather go to SMU travel agent and book.

Ask her do one simple ting just go and buy 10 tablet of medicine for me buy until 25tablets!! Moreover it is for an illness that I wish I nv had to go thru again one. Blood Allergy!! Fker. Just because my dad pass her $20 bucks she can buy all she want. Normally ask her buy flu tablet buy 10 pic nia, say "no money la, next time want then buy again" cuz dad nv pass her money. Damn it, at least flu med i cfm sure nit. And then call the clinic and just ask to change medicine, Must talk all the way to doctor meh? We know him so well, just go tml and the nurse will change for u wad. Tok halfway pass doc to me, say quick quick tell doc wad med u wan to change. HOW THE FK I KNOW. Think go buy supermarket vege ah. MEDICINE LEH.
