I love my new lamp.

Went to ikea today with the intention to get this lamp that I have been eyeing for like 2-3 years. It cost only $4.90. So you must be thinking "huh, so cheap still must think for like 2-3 yrs to decide to buy?" Ya la, its not about 'I like I must buy', its more of whether I have a practical use for it or not ma.

But then I looked through the online catalogue the other day and found this other table lamp for $5.90. Just a dollar more and you get a more practical lamp that can be used for studying and reading in bed. (My orig purpose for the lamp was tt when I off my main lights I do not have to walk in pitch black darkness and risk falling on my face. This is possible considering the amount of mess on my floor. Friends will understand this. haha)

So then I was comtemplating over these 2 lamps of which I need to buy batteries for too. So in the end I got the $5.90 one cuz I am mostly a practical person. Anyway I fixed it up already and its standing proudly in its corner. Its in a shade of lime green tho I would have preferred it to be in red. But the red was more of a dirty pink... *nah*

P/S: Anyway I got my hardy back and running... too pricey but it buys a peace of mind.
