TGIF ?!?!
Friday (5 nov) @ Timbre Arthouse
Not that it makes any difference to me at the moment. Haha. We are supposed to meet up to celebrate Hui1's birthday. But alas she is not so well. The rest of us then decide to still meet to chill. Went to Timbre Arthouse this time. My first time at arthouse and its really good. Location and layout beats substation, and old school (location). Plus the fact we got a good seat beside the river and in front of the stage.
The night passes by real quickly with great frds, good food (but chicken wings not as good as substation), awesome band (The goodfellas were on that night!!), plus unfinished beer. End up playing 5,10,15 to clear the beer. *burp* damn full know!!! Hope we can have more of such meet up again.
When you dont feel loved (enough)… you wonder… if its worth it

Even after the birthday deal where I spend $200 (after 50%), I still went on a spree at LSZ with some colleagues. SO happy when our stuff arrives. Open the box and TADAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happiness~~~

Today is the day that I left my first official job after years of studying. There had been ups and downs and many sucky moments but today I was touched by many and tears flowed when I got home. Just din wanna cry in office and affect others more.

Extra gifts from my marketing babes. All recipe books but all is what I like. Noormie: Saw her at the lift and saw her carrying my pressie liao, so she gave me first. Its a Cheesecake recipe book (I like making cheesecakes out of all kinda cakes) and a Nonya recipe book cuz i say i love ayam bua Kulak (spell wrongly i think). And of cuz a really lovely card!! Sweet message. Juicey: She gave a 2 parts of pressie. (1) Jamie Oliver book. My first. I loves JO!!! And the thing is she asked me a few days ago which JO book is good cuz she wanna buy for a frd. And I din even think it be me. So i went on about JO books, which i like personally which i dun and why hahaha. And she got me one of the good ones tt i like :D (2) she gave me stitchy and angel (also my first angel) and a card filled with WORDS. Very touching too with details of our 'highlights' for the past yr. YH: She got me a last min gift, but it happens to be something i told juice 2 days ago that I like. its a baking recipe book with a set of measuring spoons in a cake tin. I love english style simple and classic biscuit tins. And there is a brownie very in a pink box but keng got me the exact one I wanted. Oh manz, I feel so touched that they have gotten the trouble to get me things i really liked.

And this morning, I found a note by Mini Lin. So sweet!! Cuz I dun get to see her much ydy and today and yet she did wear a green item for me. I asked them to wear something green, purple, orange haha cuz i always come into office with bad color combi dressing. Ennie came in an orange scarf too. Thanks babes. For making feel that I matter enuff. :'(

As much as we try not to cry, NM, JA and I still teared. Even tho we have stupid moments, we are still attached in some ways. And thanks Noormie, Keng, Lorraine, Lydia, Shu Ling who gave me a hug. Its heartfelt and warmth my heart. Thanks everyone who had lunch with me too. and for those who told me that I have gotten the right color/size/design gifts. I am glad i got it right.

Place: Novena/United Sq
Took one day leave today and its uber shiok... after many days of leave and hols I really dun wan to go back to the dreaded workplace. I hate to work. Hate is the word....
Anyway, today BB and I made plans to go check out this dessert stall that was reviewed to serve really good and authentic HK mango desserts. Its at united sq - Xi Yang Yang - and altho the range of desserts are limited I love it for the following reasons
- Desserts are not as sweet which I like alot
- They have the mango sago drink + steam milk which I totally love
- Service is damn good
Chilled Steam Milk with Red Bean... The steam milk not as gd as HK's Y.S.M.C but gd enuff 4 me.
Mango + Sago + Coconut Cream + Mango cubes... Lovely combi... and the sago abit frozen so its crunchy in a way. 
BB is enjoying his drink....
Durian (& whipped cream) Pancake. The pancake is very thin and slightly chewy and the filing is really yummy and thick. 
And the staff gladly took photos for us. **************************************************************
We then walked ard abit, went to bank did a few things.. and I got my new GO card... then we head off for lunch at Lerk Thai.
I had Fried Guo tiao while BB had the set lunch....
You can try and try and they will offer you and they have really unique flavours including alcoholic ones. And they have a board where we can indicate wad are the flavours we like, and if they have enuff votes of something, the people there may really make it a in-store ice cream...
Its a truly fun day and I really enjoyed myself!!!

Drawing near...From this week onwards to the end of the year, its excitement every week. Just this coming week alone, I will be having my inaugural event. The one that I started from the start to the end. The one that set my heart racing (over some legal issues) and the one that starts from HK first. While my colleagues will be in HK running the event, I will only set foot at the event venue for the Singapore leg on Thursday.
It is also thursday that bf is coming back from Aussieland. Cant wait. Haven seen him for 4 mths. Took half day on friday too to accompany him :D
The following week is one that many of us have been looking forward to... our first UGLY BETTY PJ PARTY. Really cant wait. It should be fun with all the food, jokes and great company.
And then... the week after, my second event to be held. And its off to HK on Friday (5th Dec). The week I am in HK is also the week bosses are away on Hols. Wad a waste haha.
Then its our inhouse XMAS party in mid mth!! Yea. I luurrrvvveee christmas!! Bring out the red + Greens and the xmas carols.
Then its the new year!! And de's birthday... weeee wad a year!!

2 Days of Fun!!We had our fun-est bbq ever yesterday!! But more about that when the pictures are sent to us :)
Meanwhile... last night han stayed over and I accompany her to Liang Court to collect her Jap comics. Along the way we had so much fun!! First we went Central... bought Jap ice cream... Buy 1 Get 1 Freee.... Green Tea + Tiramisu... Yummy!!
Then we walked over to Liang Court and went in search for our first meal of the day.... Since han nv went down to the supermarket alone before (as in nv really explore) we went down and check out the food... I smell the Jap curry from far and it was SO SO SO good.... I set my mind on tt for lunch liao. Then they have alot to choose from and so I decided and Han too, to get the Deluxe Set which have a Mix of 4 types of items (cannot choose)
Super yummy..... the curry is like the best ever i have ever eaten!! Must bring dee there when he is back!! Then han and I went to explore the supermarket... went crazy woahing at everything. Heezzz after lunch we went to collect her comics and shop ard Kino for awhile....
Oh and we bought Choux from one shop at the basement... haven eat it so dunno nice mah.. and I got a mini cheesecake for 70cents and a macaroon for 80cents.
After that we went back to Central for coffee.... I wanted Manhattan Fish market so we went there. I ordered fries cuz my coffee 95cents only so paiseh... and to our horror the pepper shaker inside had tons of fungus.... white fluffy fungus that I tot wad cottom wool!!!!!! Tt got Han so mad...
After tt lil tea we headed off towards home... as I was walking to cross the road, I chance upon Club Marc again... and decide to go in see awhile cuz like sale... OMG SO MANY THINGS SO CHEAP!!!!!!!!!! Spend 2 hours inside and came out 80 bucks poorer. I like that the fitting room dun have to wait and no limit on no. of items to bring in.... I had to control and gave up a few items i liked... got this 3/4 sleeves shirt dress that was $159, now slashed to $49.90... how can NOT BUY RIGHT?!?! But i din... I gave this dress up for an ankle boots at $29.90!!
Since I forgo that red boots from Aust... i Have been looking for another one.... and this one is so cheap. So many items are like 19.90. Belts all 9.90... Happy Happy Happy!!!!!!
Then today I finally got my Organiser.... a lil something i took part in... as part of charity. Supposed to hand in our fav recipe and if selected will be featured in a 2009 organiser. Mine is Oct recipe!!! Tot of buying more... one to keep others to use and give away... but at 10 bucks a copy... hmmmm.... not that exp compared to the mini cutesy ones sold at Kino (like up to $25 bucks lor) but 10 bucks still ex... but also for charity.... how how?? Let me know if u wanna buy too yeah? Inside got many more other recipes.

Happy Happenings todayToday boiboi came online and told me at work that he is coming back 20th Nov.... so much earlier then xmas as schedule. On cloud nine.... I went round office to tell ppl. haha
And then my stuff from Forever21 spree came.... I heart the stars clutch wallet. And my top it came in a darker shade so not as neon as it looks. Heart both!! And also another green tube top which can be worn as a short dress. No more pic of that. And I am so glad i bought the green...

We went to Couz Audrey's wedding at sentosa on Sunday. She as usual is pretty (now i rem i haven seen her photo album) and the food is pretty good. But the room is pretty hot and alot of waiting time. Somehow mum and dad seems bored.. me too... Bro and I just stick to each other and talk and crap. Oh and my Aunt looks Hot la in her gold chinese gown with the high collar and a small train haha... Low cut back somemore wor.....
And on the side of the world... In USA, Couz Ethel had a wedding of her dreams. Really happy that she finally settled down with someone nice. And in a nice hse in the US of A. It was really cute seeing the angmohs on the otehr side of the family joining in with the Jing Cha tradition of us chinese. And couz was in a pretty red cheong sum... everyone looked happy.
Weddings are so nice and joyous...

Kenko Foot, Hand, Shoulder Massage + Foot Bath...Its SHIOK, yet pain at times and super ticklish at times.
My water retention feet, now feels one size smaller. No aches no tight feeling. And the numbish feeling in left toe have reduced.
Neck and shoulder suffered pain! But then the knots are all gone, and i feel light, nua-ish and so comfy. The head massage tops it off... shiokkkkkk
Even my arms... my right hand had been paining for some time cuz too much mouse usage... she can massage till i feel the nerve that was affected loosening... and all my limbs and my neck are mobile!! Hahhaa
She small small can massage hard. And when she massage my arms and tights i gotta laugh cuz i bet she nv massage such fat and big arms and legs before...
Best bit. its FREE!!!

Date: 13 July 2008Date with Dear at Singapore Flyer
He have been wanting to go for ice cream at Island Creamery at Serene Center. So one day we actually went. The ice cream some are nice some are soso. The Teh Tarik really gao (nice), Mixed Berry (very nice vanilla base) Choc flavour one also rich and many more. Just try the flavours before buying. I read reviews that the girls at the counter are friendly but not apparently so. Anyway one was quite friendly and she did offer me free printing paper (they have a instant photo printer - mini one) and u can print ur photos and stick on their wall.... can ya find my face in there??
